Egg Farmers of Canada has been named one of Canada's top employers for young people in 2019.
The organization manages the national egg supply, promotes egg consumption and represents egg producers.
"Young people are tremendously valuable in our workplace," says Egg Farmers of Canada CEO, Tim Lambert. "They bring fresh, new ideas to the table, and are keen to develop and hone their skills."
Lambert adds they want to help guide and grow their young people to be successful in their careers.
This award recognizes the best place for young people starting their careers right out of university.
The organization has also been named as one of Canada's most admired corporate cultures by Waterstone Human Capital since 2014, and a National Capital Region's Top Employer for six consecutive years.
