Syngenta Canada introduces Sabatis herbicide

  • Flexible application timing from 2-leaf expanded to just prior to flag leaf emergence
  • Tank mix with grass weed chemistries for one-pass weed management
  • No re-cropping restrictions in the year following application

Syngenta Canada Inc. is pleased to add Sabatis™ cereals herbicide to help control tough-to-manage broadleaf weeds in wheat, barley, and oats crops.

Sabatis has three dependable and well-understood active ingredients in Florasulam (Group 2), Fluroxypyr (Group 4), and MCPA Ester (Group 4) to knock down broadleaf weeds and disrupt weed growth.

With its flexible application timing, from 2-leaf expanded to just prior to flag leaf emergence, cereal growers will get proven weed control for their farm.

Sabatis will be available to cereal growers in Western Canada for the 2025 growing season and will be sold in a case treating 40 acres, and drum treating 240 acres. Sabatis is included in the Syngenta Partner Program™ where growers can earn up to 15.5% rewards on eligible Sabatis purchases*.
