Provincial Cattle Specialist Natasha Wilkie says when it comes to factors influencing the markets there's some good support coming from the choice beef cattle prices.

"They're continuing to go on the rise again. They went out $20 over last week's price. futures markets were also on the rise last week. And you know, a big part of it too just comes down to seasonality. This is the time of year that those prices start to go up which, again boils down to supply and demand."
