Most Expensive Steak

The world’s most expensive steak costs US$3,200 and is available at Boucherie Polmard in Paris, France.

Owner Alexandre Polmard uses the Blonde Aquintaine breed for his steaks and has invested heavily into his processing operation.

He invested one million Euros (US$1.12 million) in an abattoir that processes only four cows per week. The facility uses a process of preservation that blows cold air at 75km/h (46 mph) in a temperature-controlled environment kept at -45 F (-42 C).
