Farmers get parts fast - AGCO dealership launches same-day delivery

On-Farm service gets a boost in Kentucky, Illinois, and Indiana

By Farms.com

Good news for farmers in Kentucky, Illinois, and Indiana! AGCO dealership AgRevolution is now offering same-day delivery for in-stock machinery parts. This means farmers can get the parts they need quickly, minimizing downtime during repairs.

This initiative is part of AGCO's FarmerCore program, which aims to improve the customer experience by prioritizing on-farm service and support.

Farmers can place orders online or by calling their nearest AgRevolution location. The parts will be delivered directly to their farms within two to six hours, depending on the size of the part.

AgRevolution's fleet of 30 mobile service trucks makes same-day delivery possible. These trucks are already used to provide on-farm maintenance and repairs.

"We want to give farmers an exceptional experience," said Stacy Anthony, CEO of AgRevolution. "Same-day parts delivery is a key part of this. It helps farmers who fix their own equipment, and those who rely on our expert technicians."

This new service shows how AGCO dealerships are putting FarmerCore into action. FarmerCore focuses on three areas - being closer to farmers (both physically and online), offering a seamless experience for buying, servicing, and getting support, and using digital tools.

More AGCO dealerships across North and South America are adopting parts of FarmerCore. This includes using more mobile service trucks, opening stores with just parts, and using digital tools to improve customer support.

A closure of the Strait of Hormuz is the key to the surge in crude oil, natural gas prices and fertilizer prices.  Grains are breaking out to new contract highs as a hedge against inflation.
