INC Pro Saves Chemicals and Improves Sprayer Accuracy

John Deere is bringing better precision to farming with its Individual Nozzle Control Pro (INC Pro) system.

Designed to improve accuracy and reduce chemical use, this technology is available for 2008 and newer John Deere sprayers, including the 4730, 4830, and the latest 4 and 600 series models.

Kyle Barry, manager of precision upgrades marketing at John Deere, explained to Farms.com that this product offers section control down to each individual nozzle.

Traditionally, sprayers controlled large sections, often 9 to 11 feet wide, but now farmers can manage smaller sections of just 15 to 20 inches, depending on the nozzle spacing.

This innovation ensures the right amount of product is applied at the right time, improving spraying precision.

Farmers using INC Pro typically see a 2 to 5% savings on chemical use because they avoid over-application.

This technology is especially helpful during turns and curves. With different parts of the boom moving at different speeds, the system automatically adjusts, ensuring even application across the field.

Barry emphasized that adopting this technology can lead to better efficiency and lower costs.

It also supports farmers' efforts toward more sustainable practices by reducing waste and improving crop health.

For farmers looking to upgrade, more information is available at deere.com/upgrade or by contacting their local John Deere dealer.

Video: Demco Dual Aguer Grain Carts — Fire Safety Systems, Right or Left-Handed Unload, and More!

Demco's dual auger grain cart is designed for unloading efficiency, operator visibility, and safety in the field.

This dual-auger design features both an unload auger and a floor auger for enhanced grain cleanout and consistent flow, and the 22-inch unload auger is capable of moving up to 600 bushels per minute.

Farmers can also choose between right or left-handed unload options—right-handed unload improves visibility from the tractor cab. A new design allows both vertical and horizontal movement for precise grain placement during unloading.

Another key feature is the built-in fire safety system; a 300-gallon onboard water tank with a hose reel that provides field-ready fire suppression capability.

These dual auger grain carts are available in 1100, 1300, 1500, 1700, and 2200 bushel sizes.
