Spinner Spreaders Capable of Spreading Fertilizer and Lime

The Salford Group’s BBI Liberty spinner spreaders offer farmers a versatile tool designed for a wide range of field applications.

Farms.com recently met with Gavin Held, product manager at Salford Group, who explained that the BBI Liberty unit combines flexibility, durability, and performance for today’s farms.

The BBI Liberty spreader Held was showcasing featured a ground drive unit equipped with hydraulic spinner spreaders.

It can handle both fertilizer and lime applications, with a quick changeover between materials. This flexibility makes it a valuable machine for farmers who manage different types of fieldwork throughout the season.

Farmers can choose from several configurations to suit their operational needs.

The BBI Liberty is available with 7-ton, 9-ton, or 10-ton walking beam options, with PTO or ground drive versions.

Salford also offers a BBI Liberty HDR version, ideal for farmers who need variable rate application capabilities.

The HDR model is hydraulically driven, providing precise control for fertilizer and lime distribution, especially useful in operations requiring accurate application rates.

For farmers looking for a reliable, customizable tool that can perform multiple operations and adapt to different farm demands, the BBI Liberty spreader is an excellent choice.

It provides both strength and flexibility, helping farmers optimize their time and resources.
