John Deere Unveils New 2013 9 Series Round Balers

12 New Models of 9 Series Round Balers Hit the Market

John Deere, a pioneer in farm equipment and technology, has just launched their new line-up of 2013 round balers. The new fleet, including additional Class III and IV models, come complete with larger cams and bearings in the pickup on premium models, plus diamond chains and other enhancements that make service and maintenance easier while increasing durability and productivity.

Customers will now be able to find a larger selection of round balers in the JD 9 Series that can all handle an assortment of forage and silage bailing needs.  Currently, John Deere’s round baler line-up includes: 449 4'x4', 459 Standard 4'x5', 459 4'x5', 459 Silage Special 4'x5', 559 5'x5', 559 Silage Special 5'x5', 469 4'x6', 469 Silage Special 4'x6', 469 Premium 4'x6', 569 5'x6', 569 Premium 5'x6', and 569 Silage Special 5'x6'.

John Deere has added additional enhancements like silage-special balers to the Class III and Class IV models 469, 559 and 569. These models are also faster and more durable thanks to faster gate cycles, heavier chains and larger, stronger shafts, bearings and pickups.
