New DuPont Pioneer Products & Services Introduced.

DuPont Pioneer conducted a virtual Media conference providing an update on new products and services for farmers for 2017.

Highlights:

Corn and Soybean Performance Results Available

The 2016 corn and soybean performance results are available online at https://www.pioneer.com/yield/

Farmers can evaluate the performance of corn hybrids and soybean varieties from over 50,000 customer plots across a wide range of conditions to help make informed seed selection decisions.

DuPont Pioneer A SERIES Soybeans Introduced.

The company is introducing 54 new A SERIES Soybean varieties for producers, more information can be found online at https://www.pioneer.com/home/site/us/products/soybeans/a-series/

DuPont Pioneer soybean research scientist, Jessie Alt shared some information. “The new A SERIES soybean varieties have a wide range of traits and were developed using the AYT 4.0 Accelerated Yield Technology process.”  For more information on AYT 4.0 watch the following video overview.

 

DuPont Pioneer has new Plenish High Oleic Soybean Varieties available.

 For example, P25A90PR is a high yielding  variety with elite germplasm.

The Farms.com team was able to interview  Russ Sanders   on Plenish at the Farm Progress Show this past summer.

 

 

New Corn Products Available

DuPont Pioneer is introducing 53 new corn products with 29 genetic platforms and wide range of maturities.  The products are a result of the significant breeding efforts combined with the extensive IMPACT plot trials (Intensively Managed Product Advancement Corn Trials) which generates the data on local farm performance.  For more information on specific products visit https://www.pioneer.com/home/site/us/products/corn/

Pioneer Growing Point Agronomy Trials and Encirca Services.

The agronomists at DuPont Pioneer also discussed how use of systematic approach to testing is generating greater product performance knowledge comparing hybrids by soil types, different populations and management systems (e.g. fungicides).  The objective is to help farmers make improved data driven recommendations and decisions.
