Opportunities exist for Ontario growers to include camelina, a hardy brassica crop, into their crop rotations.
The crop grows well in similar conditions that are optimal for canola and has multiple end uses. The meal can be used in broiler and layer feed and the oil can be used at salmon and trout farms.
