Canadian livestock producers supply the world with an abundance of some of the safest and most affordable beef supply. The contribution from the hard grass of the prairie ecosystem is recognized for putting pounds on cattle. Native Prairie represents one of the earth's major biomes. It is a diverse terrestrial ecosystem with over 70 species of grasses, and 'Hard Grass Country’ is located in the heart of this Western Canadian cattle playground.
‘Hard Grass Country’ is in the RM of Mankota and is situated just one hour and forty minutes southeast of Swift Current, Saskatchewan. With a total of 960 acres, this Parcel is comprised of one deeded quarter, and five Saskatchewan Agricultural Lease quarters.
The W ½ 35 offers one deeded quarter and one leased quarter and has major RM roads on the western and northern boundaries. The spring-fed dugout on the deeded quarter provides excellent access to water.
