Aerial Imagery Provider TerrAvion Now Integrated With The agX Platform

TerrAvion, the market leader in aerial imagery for agriculture, announced today its partnership and full integration with agX, the precision agriculture industry’s solution to data standardization and seamless exchange of data between software applications.

TerrAvion offers an imagery subscription service that delivers image data on a specified seasonal schedule. Imagery is acquired with small fixed-wing aircraft fitted with proprietary TerrAvion technology. With the ability to efficiently acquire and process imagery for millions of acres a day, growers and agronomists will have the information they need to make critical decisions throughout the growing season.

“We know our customers need to integrate the image data we provide with other input and scouting data to make the best operational decisions,” said TerrAvion founder and CEO Robert Morris. “Now the ability to move data seamlessly through the agX platform enables that and reduces friction in the process.”

agX helps growers and service providers stay connected to a growing variety of precision agricultural applications. Users can access and share their data within agX compliant applications saving time and reducing data entry errors. Anyone can create a free agX account at www.account.agXPlatform.com.
