Brilliant Harvest, the AI-powered Customer Experience (CX) platform purpose-built for the heavy equipment industry, announced the appointment of Jennifer Luce as Senior Marketing Manager. Luce joins the organization to lead marketing initiatives focused on expanding the company’s presence and clearly communicating its value to dealerships looking to scale technical knowledge and improve shop performance.
Luce brings a proven track record of strategic marketing within the equipment and dealership sectors. At Brilliant Harvest, she will focus on helping multi-location dealers navigate high employee turnover and the increasing complexity of servicing multi-brand fleets.
“Jennifer understands the dealership environment and the critical need for solutions that increase wrench time and absorption rates,” said Remi Schmaltz, CEO & Founder of Brilliant Harvest. “Her leadership will be vital as we help dealers scale their technical teams and bridge the gap between physical machinery and digital intelligence.”
Luce said she was drawn to Brilliant Harvest because of its mission and the opportunity to help support dealerships in meaningful ways.
“I’m thrilled to join Brilliant Harvest because it’s the leading company that is addressing real challenges facing equipment dealerships today,” said Jennifer Luce. “There is a tremendous opportunity to help dealers better equip their teams, preserve critical knowledge and create more consistent service experiences. Brilliant Harvest is building solutions that truly support the people behind dealership performance, and I’m honored to be part of that mission.”
The addition of Luce reflects Brilliant Harvest’s continued investment in growth, following a $4M USD seed financing round announced in February 2026. The platform now supports dealerships representing over 50% of CNH Industrial’s large dealer stores, signaling growing trust in AI-driven knowledge as a core layer of dealership operations. This market penetration is anchored by multiyear renewals with Rocky Mountain Equipment (RME) and Titan Machinery, validating the platform’s ability to deliver measurable operational efficiency at scale.
