CLAAS introduces North America to its tractor series

CLAAS launched its new tractor lineup to North America this week at Ag in Motion.

The European-based company chose Ag in Motion for its global launch.

CLAAS is well known for its combines and now it's adding tractors to their product line

Neil Pantlin, the Head of Commercial Development for CLAAS feels the tractors are a good fit in the North American market.

"We are launching the Xerion tractor and the new generation of Xerion tractor.  So, you've got the track version and you've got the wheeled version, and the second tractor that we're showcasing here is the Arion range. All three tractors are under the umbrella of the tractor division of CLAAS group."

He notes the Xerion is much larger than the Arion which is more multi-purpose.

"I'd like to think that we are now a serious player in the tractor business.  I think it's very important to say this. The only way people really need to understand this is to come and try it. Go to your local dealer go to CLAAS America,  go to CLAAS Canada, knock on the door, and try it."

The tractors were developed with extensive input from North American farmers.

With changing economic conditions, shifting price projections, and updated support levels for ARC and PLC, you will want to give this enrollment careful consideration.
