Ewald Kubota Announces Partnership with Lansdowne-Moody

Ewald Kubota has announced a new partnership venture with Lansdowne-Moody alongside Blue Water Advisors. Lansdowne-Moody is a 9-store Kubota equipment dealership serving the Houston area, and Ewald Kubota reported it expects the closing of the transaction to happen in December, 2024.

“WIth this partnership, the Ewald Kubota and Lansdowne-Moody teams will share expertise to continue to deliver great service and improve operations for the stores in Houston while improving operations at our stores in Central Texas,” wrote John Ewald in the company’s Nov. 12 announcement. He added, “We are not selling our business or changing our management team. However, we will be adding additional staff in our administration and accounting departments. We will also be expanding our company footprint to serve not only Central Texas but the greater Houston metro area as well.” The statement also offered that customers can expect few changes, noting “You will continue to see the same familiar faces at our dealerships and, operationally, there should be no change.”

Lansdowne-Moody offered, “With the strength of two companies and a shared vision, we’re dedicated to delivering top-notch service and innovative solutions across Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Corpus Christi.”
