Kubota Introduces Newest Addition To Its Line Of Hay Balers, Now Offering Full Range Of Options

Farm Director Ron Hays recently spoke with Kubota’s David Palmer, senior product manager implements, about Kubota’s current line of hay balers. Four years later, after having first entered the agricultural market and finding tremendous success with their 4x5 and 4x6 balers, Palmer says Kubota is broadening their scope once again.

“This year we’re very excited because we’re expanding our baler range one more time and that’s a brand new 5x6 baler,” Palmer said. “That really fits when you look at that Oklahoma market - it’s either a 4x6 or 5x6 market.”

This new addition completes the set for Kubota, now offering a full range of balers to fit any type of operation for any market out there. Palmer says customers will appreciate the quality that goes into each piece of equipment, built entirely in-house by Kubota. He goes on to say that this equipment has been tested and proven in its ability to get the job done.

Video: EP 73 Diversity is Resiliency – Stories of Regeneration Part 6

During the growing season of 2023 as summer turned into fall, the Rural Routes to Climate Solutions podcast and Regeneration Canada were on the final leg of the Stories of Regeneration tour. After covering most of the Prairies and most of central and eastern Canada in the summer, our months-long journey came to an end in Canada’s two most western provinces around harvest time.

This next phase of our journey brought us to Cawston, British Columbia, acclaimed as the Organic Farming Capital of Canada. At Snowy Mountain Farms, managed by Aaron Goddard and his family, you will find a 12-acre farm that boasts over 70 varieties of fruits such as cherries, apricots, peaches, plums, pears, apples, and quince. Aaron employs regenerative agriculture practices to cultivate and sustain living soils, which are essential for producing fruit that is not only delicious but also rich in nutrients.
