Growing Red Lentils

Red lentil acreage across Alberta has significantly increased over the past few years and this crop has been receiving a lot of attention. Robyne Bowness Davidson, pulse crop research scientist with Alberta Agriculture and Forestry, says if you’ve grown peas and not lentil, there are some differences to keep in mind.
