Listing Deadline For Colorado Hay Directory Nears

Colorado hay growers have until June 16 to submit listings for the 2014 Colorado Hay Directory. It’s published annually by the state’s ag department.

Each listing includes the type and amount of hay available, bale type and size, and whether or not the hay has a lab analysis is available or is certified as weed-free or organic. Listings are grouped by region of the state. The listing fee is $25.

Listings for companies offering hay-related products or services are also included. Advertising opportunities are available.

The directory will be made available, at no charge, starting in August through Extension offices and various livestock associations in the state.
