LU Aquaculture Research Featured in Missouri Soybean Farmer

Lincoln University of Missouri (LU) aquaculture research is featured in the August 2026 issue of Missouri Soybean Farmer, a magazine highlighting Missouri soybean growers, checkoff-funded research and industry initiatives.

The research brings together LU, soybean industry partners and aquaculture producers to explore how soybean meal could replace a portion of traditional fish meal in largemouth bass diets. The work has potential benefits for both industries — creating additional uses for soybean meal while helping fish producers identify more economical feed options without sacrificing growth and performance.
