Spring Soil Moisture Conditions

Still with seeding, we take a look at soil moisture condition across the province this spring.

I chatted with Ralph Wright, head of agrometeorology with Alberta Agriculture and Forestry, about this year’s snowpacks and soil moisture reserves as we head into seeding. First off Ralph, it seemed like those snowpacks were never going away.
