What Russia’s Exit From Grain Deal Means for Wheat Prices (Washington Post)

"Russia’s announcement that it would renew its naval blockade on Ukrainian ports has revived concerns about wheat prices and the impact of Russia’s invasion on global hunger," writes the Washington Post.  

"Joseph Glauber, senior research fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute, said that he and many other experts initially thought this was a case of Russia “crying wolf,” but escalating tensions in the Black Sea area — Russia expanding its attacks on Odessa port infrastructure and destroying 60,000 tons of grain and an oil terminal;
