Top dairy cows and youth exhibitors recognized in Wisconsin

The 2025 International Junior Holstein Show at World Dairy Expo® brought together outstanding dairy talent, celebrating both youth exhibitors and high-performing cows.

The winning Lifetime Milk Production Cow, Luck-E Merjack Asalia, earned top honors as both Senior Champion and Grand Champion. Owned by Tessa and Stella Schmocker of Whitewater, Wisconsin, Asalia was also recognized with the Lillian & Keith King and Jim King Grand Champion of the Junior Show Award.

Reserve Senior Champion and Reserve Grand Champion was awarded to Oakfield Tatoo Tender-ET, a six-year-old and older cow exhibited by Chloe and Claire Lamb of Oakfield, New York. Both Asalia and Tender also received recognition for genomic merit, a new award category added to the Holstein shows this year with sponsorship from Siemers Holsteins of Newton, Wisconsin.

Official judge Pierre Boulet of Montmagny, Quebec, Canada, and associate judge Richard Landry of Ste-Brigitte-des-Saults, Quebec, Canada, evaluated a strong field of 302 entries.
