We hear from 3 staff members of 20/20 Seed Labs. Sarah Foster started 20/20 Seed Labs in 1989 in Nisku, Alberta. Sarah works extensively with government, farmers and industry within agriculture and is one of the most experienced seed analysts in North America, having completed accreditation for the United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

Rachael Melenka is client success manager for 20/20 Seed Labs. Rachael grew up on her family farm near Warwick, Alta., and currently her parents are full-time grain farmers. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a bachelor of science in environmental sciences and can now apply her degree to help people make better agronomic decisions.

Danika Bonowicz has been working as a Senior Seed Analyst at 20/20 Seed Labs for four years. She enjoys her position as a seed analyst and lead on greenhouse projects because her days are never the same and there’s always something new to learn.
