Dwight Foster, a farmer from North Gower, Ontario talks about how his grain farm operates, some of his many responsibilities and shares how his employees are a valuable aspect of the operation and how they factor into producing grains. There is a lot of background work before heading to the field with equipment. Dwight says “If I’m passionate about what I’m doing and I can let that spill over into my employees view of how we do things around here, then the job gets done right.”
