Through a University of Illinois case study, a consumer panel taste-tested pork chops grilled to various temperatures. The result = everyone enjoyed chops the most at 145 degrees Fahrenheit, which is USDA certified safe. Next time you put chops on the grill, consider using a meat thermometer and pulling them off at 145 F, with a three minute rest, for juicy and delicious pork.
