Beef and Dairy Producers to Gather for Alltech’s Fifth Annual Global 500

Alltech’s Annual Global 500 Will Address the Changing Future of Dairy and Beef Industries

The countdown begins – it is one week until Alltech’s 5th Annual Global 500 kicks off, running from Dec. 4 to 6, in Lexington, Kentucky. The theme for this year’s event will be on the EPS principle - Efficiency, Profitability and Sustainability.

Dairy and beef producers from around the world will gather to hear from industry experts who will address the future of these industries, while educating themselves on new cutting edge technologies.

Some of the topics that will be covered at this year’s Global 500 will include branding beef, social media, employee training, decreasing carbon footprints and mycotoxins.

The annual event is expected to draw more than 1000 attendees, increasing from 2011 which had 700 beef and dairy producers representing 32 different countries in attendance.
