Jocelyn Anderson, a devoted advocate and fourth-generation farmer, harnesses her leadership within the Farm Bureau to propel sustainable and climate-smart agricultural practices.

This proactive approach has enabled her to influence a wide range of stakeholders, from local farmers to national policymakers, educating them on the sustainability challenges and innovations in modern farming.

Jocelyn's commitment to advocacy is reflected in her advice to educate others about the importance of active participation in organizations that champion the rights and future of family farms. Her leadership extends to her current role as the 1st vice president of the Glenn County Farm Bureau and her contributions as a board member of the local Resource Conservation District.

Through her extensive involvement, Jocelyn Anderson remains a pivotal figure in promoting agricultural sustainability and leadership, inspiring peers nationwide to embrace innovative practices that ensure the longevity and prosperity of the farming industry.
