Beef Quality Certification Training offered At Medford On December 9th

UW Extension Taylor County will be holding a BQA certification training for any interested beef producers at The Turtle Club which is located at W7944 Perkinstown Ave, Medford, WI.  Registration will begin at 4:30pm. and the program will begin at 5:00 pm.

A meal is being sponsored by Diamond V and UW Extension Taylor County.

RSVP Required by calling 715-784-3327 ext 9 by Dec 1. When you call to register, leave your name, number attending and phone number.  On Dec 9, bring your check for $15/farm made out to WI Beef Council. Walk-in cost for those who do not pre-register is $35 for the meal & BQA Certification.

By participating in the BQA program and adopting BQA production practices, you are positioning your business to take advantage of opportunities that lie ahead. Because the BQA program is a holistic approach to beef production, practices implemented can  impact a producer’s bottom line in profits/return, decreased animal health costs and improved records that allow for better tracking of production practices.
