Brilliant Harvest Launches New Podcast for Equipment Dealership Leaders

Brilliant Harvest, the AI customer experience platform built for the heavy equipment industry, announces the launch of Built on Iron, a new podcast hosted by Brilliant Harvest founder and CEO Remi Schmaltz.

Each episode of Built on Iron features conversations with dealership leaders navigating the real pressures of running a modern equipment business, staffing shortages, rising customer expectations, and a rapidly evolving technology landscape. Schmaltz brings his experience building an AI platform inside the industry to every conversation, drawing out the operational decisions, leadership philosophies, and hard-won lessons that define high-performing dealer organizations. “Technology is reshaping the equipment dealership world,” says Schmaltz. “The leaders who see it are setting the pace. Built on Iron is where those conversations happen.”

The debut episode features Shawn Skaggs, CEO of Parallel Ag, a Brilliant Harvest customer and one of the largest AGCO dealers in North America. Skaggs and Schmaltz explore the leadership decisions behind building and running a multi-state dealership organization, from merging two established dealer groups into a single company to maintaining community trust at scale. Skaggs is direct about where competitive advantage actually comes from in the equipment industry: “Most of our customers, at the end of the day, do business with us because of the way we support them. It’s not because of a certain color of iron that we have.”
