CCA Media Advisory - Interview opportunity with CCA following signing of TPP Agreement

Event: Canadian Cattlemen’s Association (CCA) President Dave Solverson and Director, Government and International Relations, John Masswohl, are in Auckland, New Zealand for the signing of the text of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) Agreement by Canada’s International Trade Minister Chrystia Freeland.

Availability: Wednesday, February 3, between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. MST (2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday Auckland time) Solverson and Masswohl will be available to take media calls to discuss the significance of the TPP to Canada’s beef producers and next steps for ratification of the agreement.

Access: Requests for interviews from media outlets (or their local affiliates in Auckland) will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Media, please provide the name of the reporter, outlet and contact information. We’ll get back to you with a time slot.
