Label expansion for Delegate in Stone Fruit

Delegate insecticide is now labeled for suppression of peach tree borer and lesser peach tree borer in all stone fruit.  For management of peach tree borer and lesser peach tree borer, Delegate should be applied by handgun, directed to cover the tree trunk and scaffold limbs from ground level to 1.5 m above ground level, particularly the graft union and any pruning cuts.  Thorough coverage is essential and application by air blast sprayer will not be effective. A total of 3 applications of Delegate are allowed per season.  The pre-harvest intervals are the same as the previous label (5 days for cherries, 3 days for plums and apricots and 1 day for peaches and plums).
