Nuhn Industries Files Third Lawsuit Against Bazooka Farmstar

In a filing on Sept. 20, Canadian manure equipment manufacturer Nuhn Industries began its third patent infringement lawsuit against Iowa-based manure injector and auger manufacturer Bazooka Farmstar.

The lawsuit claims Bazooka Farmstar violated Nuhn Industries' patent No. 11,448,224 — which covers Nuhn Industries' Vertical Pit Pumps — by manufacturing and selling its own RipTide Manure Pumps.

This lawsuit differs from two previous lawsuits Nuhn Industries had filed against Bazooka Farmstar over the last year regarding different manure-related products. In one suit, Nuhn Industries also sued a Bazooka Farmstar dealer but proceedings were ultimately stayed against that dealership.
