Saskatchewan Crop Commodity Groups Hold AGM's

Normally farmers would be heading to Saskatoon for Crop Production and Crop Sphere activities, but this year everything is going virtual.

With the COVID restrictions commodity groups have opted to hold their AGM's online.

Spokesperson Dallas Carpenter says everything starts on Monday.

"We have the Canaryseed, Winter Cereals, Mustard, Forage Seed, Alfalfa Seed and Leaf Cutters AGM's going on that day. People can register for all of those, they can be either an observer or a voting member."

He notes Tuesday features Market Outlook presentations with Chuck Penner from LeftField Commodity Research  and Marlene Boersch with Mercantile Consulting Venture.

Tuesdays AGM's include Canola, Wheat, Barley, Flax, Oats and Pulses.

Producers can still register at saskcrops.com
