On previous programs, we heard from Alberta Agriculture and Forestry provincial cereal extension specialist Clair Langlois about growing winter wheat. Today, he talks about the importance of choosing the right variety for your particular location, and in looking at such traits as disease resistance, winter survival, and straw.
