Features of Kello-Bilt Tandem Discs:
Oil Bath Bearing: Back-to-back tapered roller bearings are used to reduce side sheer while operating a disc harrow. Sealed with Duo-Cone TM seals, the bearings are bathed in a 90W gear oil for friction-free life.
Welded Spacer Spool: Fabricated steel spacer spools, which won’t shatter or compress, and provide maximum durability in the toughest conditions.
Gang Shafts & End Washers: Made of high carbon alloy steel to eliminate stretch and premature failure
Disc Blades: V notched blades to cultivate hard soil
Bearing Standards & Wear Plates: Consisting of a minimum thickness of 3/8” rectangular tubing for maximum support.
Gang Bar: Fabricated as a single piece of steel for maximum stability. There are no U-Bolts to become stretched and loosened that can cause disc assemblies or bearing failure.
Heavy Duty Construction: Assembly is done with Grade 8 Zinc-Plated bolts and hardware, and constructed with 6” by 4” by 3/8” thick high strength steel tube. Frames are fully welded and reinforced to withstand acres of rough use.
Crafted In Canada: Manufactured in Red Deer County, Alberta.
