Video: 1917 International Harvester Model 8-16

Throwback to 1917 with this International Harvester Model 8-16. Made in Chicago, Illinois over 100 years ago, this machine still fully functional. A cool component of this tractor is that the radiator was located behind the engine. Its owner, Elmer Gockley, acquired the Model 8-16 in 1958. “Back in those days, all you had to do was outbid the scrap man. Nobody was collecting them – it could have easily gone for scrap,” he explained.
