New high horsepower models and NASCAR partnership mark milestone
TYM North America is celebrating its 75th anniversary with major announcements that highlight growth, innovation, and national expansion. Founded in 1951 in South Korea, TYM has grown into a global agricultural equipment manufacturer, assembling and selling tractors in more than 40 countries.
In North America, the company continues to invest in people and infrastructure, operating four assembly, service, and training facilities across Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Oregon. A strong dealer network throughout the United States and Canada supports customers with sales and service.
As part of its anniversary celebration, TYM introduced two new Series 5 compact utility tractors at the National Farm Machinery Show: the T5068 and the T5074.
The T5068 delivers 68 engine horsepower and 63 PTO horsepower. It is powered by a DEUTZ engine and offers 3,122 pounds of loader lift capacity. The tractor features a spacious cab with HVAC, ergonomic joystick controls, and the MY TYM telematics platform for advanced monitoring. It also includes a six-port hydraulic valve and two rear remote sets for operating complex implements.
The T5074 is a newly designed 74-horsepower model powered by a Yanmar diesel engine. With 3,494 pounds of loader lift capacity, it focuses on simplicity and durability. The tractor includes a mechanical three-point hitch, standard rear work light, and optional canopy. It is built for customers who want dependable performance with fewer advanced features.
"We designed the T5068 to meet the demands of modern operators, and we packed it with useful standard features. For example, we included a 6-port hydraulic Walvoil® 6P and a 2-button joystick all standard to run more complex implements like a grapple or post-hole digger," said Keith Wainwright, Director of Marketing, Product Strategy, and Sales Planning.
TYM also announced a 2026 partnership with ThorSport Racing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. The company will serve as a primary sponsor for two-time champion Ben Rhodes and the No. 99 truck, beginning at Daytona International Speedway.
This partnership aims to expand national brand recognition while reinforcing TYM’s commitment to performance, reliability, and future innovation.
