BRANDT EXPANDS PRODUCTION FACILITY IN ILLINOIS

Springfield, Illinois (AgPR) – BRANDT has begun the construction of a new 40,000 square foot expansion of its manufacturing facility in Pleasant Plains, IL. The expansion will allow for additional storage of finished dry and liquid fertilizer blends, as well as raw materials.
 
The $1.5M expansion will increase storage capacity by over 30% and was built to support the growing needs of the business.

“In 2020, we saw unprecedented demand for BRANDT specialty nutrition products,” said Bill Engel, BRANDT Executive Vice President. “We continue to make significant investments in our business to ensure that we can get this technology to our customers quickly and efficiently.”
 
The Pleasant Plains, IL manufacturing facility is one of seven that the company operates, including production operations in Fresno, CA, Visalia, CA, Lakeland, FL, Logan, UT, Carmona, Spain and Londrina, Brazil.
