Since farmers are adaptable folk, they are finding new ways to deal with this warmer and more variable climate, including planting different varieties and even different crops. This article from Alberta Farm Express describes some of the changes that producers are making, and how they are helping to solve the problem of changing climate by changing the way they farm.
