Janet Morgan from the Canadian Canola Growers Association discusses the cash advance program they administer on behalf of Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada.

Janet discusses all the crops that are part of the program, which now includes wheat barley and durum.

Janet discusses the process for applications, which they are now taking in Advance of the April 1 start date.
