Deere & Co., said on Jan. 22 that CFO Joshua Jepsen will resign effective Feb. 19, 2026, according to a report on Seeking Alpha. Ryan Campbell will serve as acting CFO on an interim basis while the OEM conducts a search for a permanent replacement.
Currently, Campbell serves as president of worldwide construction and forestry and power systems. He served as Deere's CFO previously from 2019-22.
According to Deere, Jepsen's resignation is not related to any financial or accounting issues or disagreements with the company.
