Factors Affecting Commodity Prices

Many factors affect commodity prices. The main price determining factors for most commodities, including crops, are supply and demand. We caught up with Neil Blue, market specialist with Alberta Agriculture, to find out which of these is most important and to talk about seasonal crop prices.
