The Western Grains Research Foundation (WGRF) has launched a new public awareness campaign – Field Heroes.
The Field Heroes campaign encourages growers and agronomists to consider the use of beneficial insects in crop production recommendations and decisions.
Producers can use beneficial insects such as lady beetles, ground beetles, lacewings, damsel bugs, and many parasitoids to help control yield-robbing pests.
