Manitoba Cheese Deemed World Champion

A Manitoba company has walked away with a top honour at the 2020 World Championship Cheese Contest.
 
Bothwell Cheese, which is made in New Bothwell, Manitoba, has won first prize in the marbled curd cheese category.
 
The company's cheese had a score of 99.5 and beat out 41 other companies in the category at the event in Madison, Wisconsin.
