Still with livestock, an Alberta Agriculture specialist says if dry conditions persist, there’s a chance pastures will run out much earlier than normal. Barry Yaremcio, beef and forage specialist at the Ag-Info Centre, says mother nature has not cooperated this spring when it comes to forage growth.
