Vive Crop Protection shows 3X growth in 2018; Zatylny now VP, Marketing and Sales

Vive Crop Protection announced that company sales tripled in its second year of commercialization and as a result, has moved Tony Zatylny to VP, Marketing and Sales from his previous role as VP, Business Development.

Vive Crop Protection is the first company to receive registration of nanotechnology-enabled crop protection products in the US. Two products made up the bulk of sales in 2018: AZteroid® FC fungicide for corn, sugarbeets and potatoes and Bifender® FC insecticide for corn and potatoes.

Vive is planning to have five products on the market for 2019, including new higher concentration formulations of AZteroid FC and Bifender FC. All five products contain the Allosperse® Delivery System, for excellent control of either diseases or insects as well as complete mixability with liquid fertilizer, other chemicals, micronutrients or just water.

Darren Anderson, President of Vive Crop Protection says, “Based on our growth in just two years, we need to focus on doing the right things with the sales and marketing of our new products, so Tony Zatylny is now able to provide more support to our distributor and retail partners. There is so much opportunity for products that behave well in a spray tank - we need to prioritize those opportunities to best meet the needs of our customers.”
