Pigs are responsible for several Guinness world records, the organization’s website says. Here are two swine-related accomplishments.
On Aug. 22, 2004, Kotetsu, a pig from Japan, recorded the highest jump by a pig at 70cm (27.5 in).
And on July 11, 2014, Ernestine (pictured), a Vietnamese pot-bellied pig from Calgary, Alta., became the world’s oldest pig. She turned 22 years and 359 days old.
