Mobile Service Trucks Bring Parts and Support Directly to Farms
Wouldn’t it be nice if the dealer came to you?
Well, it can through AgRevolution FarmerCore program designed to transform how farmers access parts, sales, and service for their equipment.
Traditionally, farmers had to visit brick-and-mortar dealerships to get what they needed.
FarmerCore now brings these dealership services directly to the farm.
Stacy Anthony, chief executive officer of AgRevolution, recently sat down with Farms.com to discuss how its bringing the dealership to the farmer.
Over the past decade, farmers have expressed a desire to conduct business at their own location, reflecting a shift in expectations. AgRevolution responded by developing a fleet of mobile service trucks that function as both offices and workshops on wheels.
Currently, the organization operates 55 mobile service trucks that provide comprehensive dealership services at the farm or in the field.
Each truck has a mobile office in the front and a workshop in the rear, enabling service technicians to handle repairs and part installations without requiring farmers to transport machines to dealerships.
This mobile approach eliminates costly and time-consuming freight bills and transportation delays associated with bringing equipment to traditional service centers.
It also increases service speed, reduces friction, and makes business easier and more cost-effective for farmers.
Farmers benefit from having the flexibility to schedule parts orders, maintenance, and repairs at their convenience, directly on their property.
The program integrates e-commerce access for parts alongside personalized sales and service, ensuring farmers can efficiently manage their equipment needs.
By taking the dealership to the farm, AgRevolution is reshaping the farmer-dealer relationship to be more responsive, convenient, and aligned with modern farming demands.
