4-H Canada is pleased to announce Todd Klink as the recipient of the 2026 4-H Canada Honorary Member Award, the organization’s highest honour. The award recognizes Klink’s exceptional leadership, decades of volunteer service, and enduring commitment to youth development, agriculture, and the 4-H movement in Canada. A proud 4-H alumnus, Klink has spent decades advancing opportunities for young people to build the leadership, confidence, and life skills they need to thrive.
His contributions at all levels of 4-H have helped strengthen communities, inspire volunteers, and shape a lasting legacy for 4-H in Canada. As a Trustee and later Chair of the Canadian 4-H Foundation, he provided thoughtful, collaborative leadership through key initiatives that expanded the Foundation’s reach and strengthened support for young people across the country.
"Todd exemplifies the very best of the 4-H spirit," said Robert Larsen, Chair of the Canadian 4-H Council, "He has strengthened our organization in immeasurable ways. Through his vision, generosity, and dedication, he has helped ensure that future generations of young Canadians will continue to benefit from the opportunities that 4-H provides." Among his many contributions, Klink played a leading role in developing the Canadian 4-H Foundation's Tomorrow Needs 4-H campaign.
Recognizing the importance of sustainable support for future generations, he helped create and launch the national fundraising initiative and his vision and advocacy helped inspire donors, partners, and alumni to invest in the future of 4-H and the young leaders it serves. Klink has been a steadfast champion of youth leadership throughout his career with Farm Credit Canada, where he currently serves as Chief Purpose Officer.
