Women-Owned Ag Businesses Can Apply for INFB Grants
Indiana Farm Bureau (INFB) is accepting applications for a new grant program aimed at supporting women-owned agriculture-related small businesses in Indiana. The organization will award up to five grants of $1,000 each, which can be used for professional development, training, technology upgrades, or equipment improvements.
To be eligible, applicants must be at least 21 years old and own an agriculture-related business. Applications must be submitted by midnight on Aug. 15, 2026.
Recipients will be recognized at Indiana Farm Bureau’s Harvest Dinner on Sept. 9 at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds Bicentennial Pavilion in Noblesville. The event will celebrate women in agriculture and feature a keynote address by Natasha Cox, senior vice president of agricultural lending at Farm Credit Mid-America.
The dinner is open to the public. Registration is $50 and includes a meal and one drink ticket. A portion of the proceeds will support the Janis E. Highley Memorial Fund through the Farm Bureau Foundation, which helps fund leadership programs for women and young agricultural professionals.
